1. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an Order: Orders can be placed directly through our website. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal.  Payments must be completed at checkout for the order to be processed.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.
  • Shipping Methods & Rates: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times are:
    • Domestic (France): 2-4 days
    • International (EU): 2-8 days
    • International (worldwide): depends of the location
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
  • We are not responsible for problems (delay in delivery, non-delivery, loss) related to the postal company. Of course, we will make every effort to ensure that the purchased product is delivered in perfect condition, but we are not responsible for any problems resulting from carelessness of the post office.

3. International Shipping

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost. Contact your local customs office for more information.
  • Shipping Times for International Orders: Delivery times can vary based on your country’s customs processing. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
    • Items must be in their original condition (undamaged, in resalable and perfect condition)
    • Certain items, such as special copies of "Tokyo Metro" with hand-drawn drawings by Jan Bajtlik, as a personalized and made-to-order product, are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@janbajtlik.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability.
